Product Description
Presenters, performers, or anyone else making use of smartphones or DSLRs to capture their content can achieve a great sound with the BOYA BY-M1 Pro Lavalier Microphone. This mic has a TRRS connection to interface with mirrorless cameras, DSLRs, and compatible smartphones and tablets. Simply clip the mic to your person with the included clip, plug the mic into your device, and switch on the -10 dB pad if you or the talent happen to be a loud talker.
With its omnidirectional polar pattern, the BOYA BY-M1 Pro Lavalier Microphone is quite forgiving, picking up sound from all around the mic; even if you turn away from the capsule a little, you’ll still be heard clearly. A power pack with a built-in battery is included, as is a lapel clip, an LR44 battery, hook & loop faster, a foam windscreen, a 1/4″ adapter, and a case.
Easy to Use
The 19.7′ cable offers a generous amount of room for on-camera movement. The included foam windscreen ensures you won’t pick up plosives. The package includes a foam windscreen, lapel clip, 1/4″ adapter, and carrying case.
Easy to Control
The mic features a -10 dB pad switch that allows it to record louder speakers without overloading. You’ll find the pad on the power pack, which also has a headphone jack for monitoring. Three settings are available on the power pack allowing you to use the mic with a smartphone, a camera, or to shut it off and save power.
Omnidirectional for Easy Placement
This electret-condenser mic features a forgiving omnidirectional polar pattern that picks up sound from all around the microphone, giving you more consistent levels, even if the talent turns away from the capsule somewhat.
